If you have any appeals, suggestions or complaints relating to the activities of the Agency of Information and Mass Communications under the Administration of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan and its structures?

In order to ensure the implementation of tasks specified in the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On the appeals of individuals and legal entities" and the Presidential Decree "On measures to further improve the anti-corruption system in the Republic of Uzbekistan" The Agency of Information and Mass Communications has launched a "Trust Line" (71-244-23-34).

Rules for receiving calls to the helpline:

The helpline accepts appeals from individuals and legal entities about corrupt and other unlawful actions of employees of the Agency, its regional offices and system organizations;

When contacting the hotline individuals and legal entities are required to provide the surname, first name, middle name, place of residence, name of the legal entity, mailing address to which the response will be sent and contact telephone number for feedback, as well as to set forth the essence and content of the message.

Confidentiality of the content of the application and information provided by an individual or legal entity, contacting the helpline is guaranteed.

Reception time of messages through the helpline:

Monday through Friday from 9:00 to 18:00 (lunch time: from 13:00 to 14:00, Saturday and Sunday - days off).

Appeals to the "hotline" are considered in accordance with the procedure established by law, in accordance with the requirements of regulations.

According to Article 38 of the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On Appeals of Individuals and Legal Entities" violation of the legislation on appeals entails responsibility in the established order.
